The July 2026 BBC/Local Democracy Reporting Service story concerns flats on Camp Street in Salford. Residents described pest problems and concerns about their accommodation.
This is a summary of the earlier source report, rather than a verification of the building’s current condition. Read the original report for its full account and the housing provider’s response.
Correction, 3 October 2026: Our previous version wrongly placed the flats in Macclesfield. The report concerns Salford; no corresponding Macclesfield incident has been established.
