Official event listings
Start with Cheshire East Council and the city's visitor or events pages — they list public meetings, seasonal festivals and community activities with dates and venues.
More community and charity events
Local Facebook groups, parish councils and community centres often promote fundraisers, fêtes and sports fixtures before they appear anywhere else. Our Macclesfield news section covers civic, cultural and charity events as dates are confirmed.
